The location is perfect, close to train and China town. Owner is nice. Willie is amazing and welcoming. Excellent rooftop space with games. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Cute cats. Close to good restaurants and cafe. Steps away from train station.

The hostel is well located, just blocks away from the popular Petaling street, and near everything else. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing advice and assistance to guests. There is a rooftop bar where guests can enjoy the ambiance, especially during monsoon season. the hostel is right next to a central subway station, making it convenient for exploring the area. there is a 7/11 convenience store downstairs for added convenience.

The hostel lacks social interaction as the common area upstairs is often empty, limiting opportunities to mingle with other guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Birdnest Guesthouse, Gaia Rooftop Cafe. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and provided excellent service, always willing to help and offer advice. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great start to the day. We also appreciated the easy access to public transport, making it convenient to explore the city. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything is what I need and want.

We arrived at Birdnest Guesthouse, Gaia Rooftop Cafe early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to find that we could check in ahead of schedule. This was a huge help and we are so grateful. the location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a wide range of food shops just a minute away. Plus, many popular tourist attractions are within a short walking distance. the upstairs sky garden area was a cool and social space in the evenings, where we had the chance to interact with other guests. We especially enjoyed the incredible location, right opposite the Pasar Seni metro station, which made it effortless to travel from the airport. Being next to Chinatown allowed us to explore the area easily. 😊.
